Hi, I’m Brenna! First of all, thank you for being here and taking the time to explore this site. I know you’re a busy momma, just like me, and your time is precious.
I’m a proud mom of four incredible kiddos, all under the age of 10. I get it—being a parent can be overwhelming. I’ve experienced burnout, stress, and feeling completely worn thin, especially during those early years.
When my boys were newborns and just two years old, I was working full-time in medicine while juggling the demands of motherhood, daycare drop-offs, and maintaining a healthy marriage. On top of that, I was silently battling debilitating symptoms that left me feeling lost and alone. My husband and I were doing it all on our own—without a community, church support, or family nearby, and we were too proud to ask for help.
During that time, I developed debilitating migraines, facial numbness, extreme fatigue, anxiety, and depression. I felt miserable. Despite countless visits to specialists and my OBGYN, I was met with normal test results and suggestions for anti-depressants. I was often told, “You just have to find a way to calm down.”
I tried various food elimination diets, leaving me with almost no options. I lost weight, suffered from mono-like viruses, and my symptoms only worsened. To make matters worse, I experienced a miscarriage in 2019 when my boys were just one and three years old. This loss took a significant emotional toll on my health.
I felt defeated and like a failure. But I knew something had to change—this wasn’t who I was. Driven by my passion for holistic health and integrative medicine, I set out on a journey to heal my body and transform my lifestyle.
Fast forward a couple of years, and I welcomed two more beautiful babies into our family—now I have two boys and two girls! Amazingly, I feel better at 39 than I ever did in my twenties. I don’t want you to wait as long as I did to find relief and live a fuller life.
While working in family medicine, I spoke with women every day facing similar struggles—burnout, exhaustion, and the loneliness that often accompanies motherhood. The expectations placed on mothers and fathers today can feel utterly unachievable. That’s why I started this blog: to create a space where you never feel alone, always have a community, and recognize your incredible value.
Together, we can navigate the challenges of motherhood, prioritize our health, and embrace the beautiful chaos of life. Thank you for joining me on this journey!

- When I feel stressed, I CLEAN! I love folding laundry to clear my head (I know, strange right?)
- I love organizing! It makes me feel calm. I love a nice bin system! BUT I can totally avoid my feelings and get lost in organization
- I consider myself a pretty anxious person (but I am great at appearing to have it all together)
- I DO NOT like change, but I am learning to cope and hopefully I can help you too
- I love simple weekend family vacations to beaches, lakes, water parks, etc. this is where I find joy and reset my thoughts
- I am a Certified Reiki Practitioner, this has been a profound way to assist with stress, anxiety, and trauma for myself and my clients/patients
- I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I would love to be a counselor, but this is much more fun 🙂
- I love having BIG discussions about BIG topics! It energizes me to talk about passionate topics!
- I am obsessed with coffee, not fancy coffee, just anything resembling coffee!! It sparks joy!
